M. Chergui presents the MUST management in a tutorial like speech his most recent works and visions (goals). Working with a permanent staff as well as a nonpermanent staff of PhD students his scientific work is excellent in the numerous fields like "An artificial molecular switch" or "Light-induced spin crossover in Fe(II) - based complexes".
