Sicherer durchs Gewitter fliegen

plane-in-lightning
Jean-Pierre Wolf at the university of Geneva investigates whether a mobile laser can be used to divert lightning. Scientists try to guide lightning strikes on a preset path by aiming a laser in the thunderstorm cloud (on Tagesanzeiger 26.10.2017, in German).
