Program Empowr International is happy to announce that our Empowerment Living Room of June will be featuring a team of marvellous female leaders who have succeeded within male-dominated spaces. In our diverse panel, featuring leaders from a broad selection of sectors, including the Chief Operating Officer at Natura & Co, the SVP, ISG Operations & Technology from Citibank and other amazing women, we will discuss the various approaches, the intellects and mindsets these leaders encountered throughout their paths, their career and trajectory, and what they have learned along the way.

We will explore the failures these astounding leaders had faced as a means to showcase how failure can be a step to success and connect the audience to identify themselves and their struggles with the ones of the panellists. We will examine how diverse backgrounds and fields may pose additional challenges and which suggestions from distinctive leadership styles they can provide to us all today and, how they see the future of leadership.

If you are interested in learning about the challenges, successes, the role of mentoring/sponsorship, the role of family and the interrelationship between personal life and work-life from the perspective of women leaders, we invite you to join us.
