Second LERU Gender Conference: Implicit Bias in Academia

Thursday, 14.06.2018 - Friday, 15.06.2018, University of Zürich

The conference will on the one hand serve to disseminate and discuss the recently launched LERU paper "Implicit bias in academia: a challenge to the meritocratic principle and to women's careers - and what to do about it" with a large audience representing various stakeholders. On the other hand it will serve to explore and illuminate the phenomenon of bias and its effects on research-performing organizations and on the people within them.
