GAP-Biophotonics with Jean-Pierre Wolf
Air pollution is a public health issue, which is being analyzed more and more. Fine particles, which characterize winter smog, are particularly harmful to health. On Monday, December 11, teams from UNIGE and the Department of the Environment, Transport and Agriculture (DETA) met with President Yves Fluckiger and DETA Chief Luc Barthassat to present the Pollution analysis methods now available to the authorities, thanks to their collaboration with Jean-Pierre Wolf from the University of Geneva. This is a convincing example of knowledge transfer from the NCCR MUST for the benefit of the environment and society.
