Kick-Off dynaMENT Mentoring for Women in Natural Sciences

The presentation is part of the official Kick-Off-Ceremony to the Sixth Round of dynaMENT “Mentoring for Women in Natural Sciences”. The event took place on September 10th from 3 to 5 pm.

The event was started by Dr. Angelika Paschke-Krazin (UHH) and Meike Johanssen (DESY) with a short speech. Furthermore, the keynote speaker Prof. Dr. Ursula Keller (ETH Zürich), spoke about her experience and recommendations about the importance of female role models, mentors and sponsors, networks, governance in leadership and additional measures to change the culture for women in male-dominated fields.

Moderation: Dr. Karin Bodewits

The ceremony honored and recognized mentors and mentees, who have demonstrated inspirational role models and welcomed the new participants.
