In this set-up, we perform diffraction with 30 KV electron pulses of around 200 fs containing up to 105 particles at a rep-rate of 20 kHz. The set-up allows both transmission and reflection experiments, and a temperature control between 1.8 and 400 K. The pump beam can be a visible light pulse with a fluence up to several mJ/cm2
